Who we are

Persipica is operated by Ilkan Ozemre as a sole proprietorship registered in England. When this policy refers to "Persipica," "we," "us," or "our," it means the Persipica business and its website at persipica.com.

What data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services and improve the website experience.

• Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact form we collect your name, email address, website, team size, service interest, and any additional context you provide. This data is processed by Formspree and forwarded to us by email.
• Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. GA4 collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, session duration, referral source, device type, and approximate location (country or city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
• Calendly bookings. If you book a call through Calendly, your name and email are collected by Calendly under their own privacy policy.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry within one business day.
• To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
• To prepare for a Pulse walkthrough if you request one.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Lawful basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we process your data on the following bases:

• Legitimate interest. Website analytics help us understand how visitors interact with the site and improve its usefulness. We have assessed that this interest does not override your rights, especially given that IP anonymisation is enabled.
• Consent. When you submit the contact form, you are actively choosing to share your information with us for the purpose of receiving a response.
• Contractual necessity. If you become a customer, we process the data needed to deliver the agreed service.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser cookie settings.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking cookies beyond Google Analytics.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Analytics 4 (analytics, IP-anonymised)
• Formspree (contact form processing)
• Calendly (meeting scheduling)
• Google Fonts (font delivery)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies if you have concerns about how they handle data.

Data retention

• Contact form data is retained for as long as the business relationship is active, or for up to 24 months after the last interaction if you do not become a customer.
• Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the lawful basis).

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel only.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
